Kim Draper

Kim Draper has extensive experience in recruitment and customer service spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at LQ Digital since May 2021, Kim previously worked as a Contractor-Advisor at Blaine Warren Advertising from August 2009 to March 2021, and as a Medical Recruiter at Kennmark Group for a brief period in 2008. A notable tenure with the United States Air Force Reserve Recruiting HQ lasted from November 1989 to November 2008, where Kim excelled as a Senior Recruiter, supervising over 30 recruiters and training more than 200 individuals in sales techniques. Kim holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
