C. E. (Cal) Payne, Jr.

C. E. (Cal) Payne, Jr. has extensive work experience in the finance and energy industry. C. E. (Cal) began their career in 1981 as Supervisor of Treasury Operations at The Superior Oil Company. In 1985, they moved to Transco Energy Company as VP and Treasurer. In 1994, they became VP of Risk Management & Planning at Transco Gas Marketing Company, a Transco Energy Company Subsidiary. From 1995 to 2004, they were SVP and Chief Risk Officer at Aquila, Inc. C. E. (Cal) then moved to UtiliPoint International in 2004 as Senior Director of Energy Risk Management. In 2007, they became Managing Director of Risk Capital Markets at BNP Paribas Energy Trading. In 2012, they became a Management Consultant at Willis Group Consulting. Most recently, they have been Chief Risk Officer at LQD Business Finance since 2016.
