Nalp Jacob Vella

Jacob Vella, NALP has gained extensive work experience in the field of sales and marketing. Jacob is currently working as the Marketing Director at LR Management Services since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at the same company from December 2022 to May 2023. Jacob also worked as the Assistant Director of Sales Training and Recruiting from December 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining LR Management Services, Jacob worked at City Club Apartments LLC where they held the position of Sales Manager from April 2020 to December 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Sales Consultant from January 2020 to April 2020.

Jacob started their career at Village Green in August 2016, where they worked as a Senior Sales Consultant until January 2020.

Their earlier work experience includes a role at UCC Management Co. LLC, where they served as the Marketing and University Relations Director from January 2015 to July 2016. Prior to this, they worked at Asset Campus Housing as the Director of Marketing & University Relations from November 2014 to December 2014. Jacob also held the positions of Leasing Agent and Community Assistant at Asset Campus Housing from August 2014 to November 2014 and August 2013 to August 2014, respectively.

Jacob Vella, NALP, began their education at Schoolcraft College from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they obtained an EMT-B Certification, focusing on Biology/Biological Sciences. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, Jacob attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where they pursued Biology/Biological Sciences but did not earn a degree. In 2019, they obtained a National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification from the Property Management Association of West Michigan (PMAWM).
