Eric Morehead

Eric Morehead is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in advisory services, compliance program development, and risk management. Currently serving as Director of Advisory Services Solutions at LRN since January 2022, Morehead previously led advisory services at NYSE from 2010 to 2016, managing over eighty client projects and overseeing compliance and ethics program assessments. As Principal Consultant at Morehead Compliance Consulting LLC from 2016 to 2022, Morehead guided clients in enhancing their legal compliance initiatives. Earlier roles include Assistant General Counsel at the United States Sentencing Commission and Litigation Attorney at Hinton Sussman Bailey & Davidson, LLP. Morehead holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Baylor University and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston.
