Liana Fielding

Liana Fielding has extensive experience in Human Resources and People Operations, with a focus on global benefits management and HR technology. Currently serving as the Manager of Global People Operations at LRN, Liana oversees HRIS data management, M&A, and employee engagement initiatives in a multi-country environment, while also implementing AI practices to enhance team efficiency. Previous roles include positions at Essentia, Inc. and ICE, Inc., where Liana managed HR processes, payroll, and employee relations. Liana began the career as a Plant Accountant and Office Administrator at Ketchie Inc., and has also held various temporary and contract positions. Liana holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Global Business and Public Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
