Lee-Anne McDougall

Lee-Anne McDougall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director of LRO Staffing since March 2009, Lee-Anne oversees a leading full-service search and staffing agency that specializes in various markets across Canada. Previous roles include Division Director at a large multinational specialized staffing and search firm, Vice President for Eastern Canada at a large multinational generalist staffing and search firm, and Employment Manager at MBNA Canada. Lee-Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Carleton University, earned from 1983 to 1987.
