Birgit Rusken

Birgit Rusken has a diverse work experience. Birgit currently works as a Lead Auditor at LRQA since February 2020. Additionally, they serve as a Ritual Guide and Speaker at funerals since September 2020. Birgit also works as an Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and is an IRCA Certified Auditor since March 2020. Prior to their current roles, they were a Manager and Co-owner at Crematorium "De Lariks" Hardenberg since September 2015. Birgit has also worked as a Marriage Officer, Municipal Council Member, and Shadow Faction Member at Gemeente Hardenberg since 2017. Birgit has experience as an Advisor in Quality and Risk Management, and Project Management at Sirius Noord B.V., Saxenburgh Groep, and Patiëntenfederatie Nederland. Furthermore, Birgit has played a significant role as an Initiator and Project Coordinator of the Full Home Package and Palliative Care at Saxenburgh Groep. Birgit has also worked as a Caregiver at Saxenburgh Groep and was the Initiator of Crematorium Hardenberg, conducting research in collaboration with the University of Twente. Birgit has been involved in various projects and has gained extensive knowledge and experience throughout their career.

- From 1994 to 1996, they pursued an HBO degree in Middle Management at Instituut voor Bedrijfswetenschappen.

Birgit also obtained a certification in Zakelijk Duits (Business German) from Language Institute Regina Coeli in 2021.
