Wim den Dekker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Wim most recently served as the Global Head of Colleague Advocacy at LRQA, where they developed and implemented policies and procedures related to employee relations, employment law, compliance, and HR policies. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR Operations Europe and Americas at LRQA. Wim also worked at Lloyd's Register as the Head of Human Resources Western European Area for a significant period, where they demonstrated strong analytical skills and successfully implemented business plans based on strategic focus and identified trends. Wim has also held roles as a Senior Advisor at Bureau Baarda, Head of HRM at SPF Beheer, and Senior HR Adviser at Rabobank International / Wholesale. Wim's early career includes roles as an HR Consultant and Head of Financial Services at Rabobank. Throughout their career, Wim has showcased motivation, industriousness, and a driven mindset.
Wim den Dekker completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from HEAO CE in 1997. Wim then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Open Universiteit, which they completed in 2002. Wim later obtained a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2011.
