Wim den Dekker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Wim den Dekker completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from HEAO CE in 1997. Wim then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Open Universiteit, which they completed in 2002. Wim later obtained a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2011.
