Eric Wong

Eric Wong has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Eric started their career at Omaha Steaks as an Inbound Telesales Representative, where they handled incoming sales calls and maximized sales volume through upselling. Eric then worked as a Server at Szechuan Express, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the menu, delivering high-quality meals, and providing excellent customer service.

Moving to the healthcare sector, Eric joined Nebraska Medicine as a Clerk and Patient Care Technician in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Eric provided care to pediatric patients, assisted in direct patient care, and handled medical order entry. At OrthoNebraska, they worked as a Patient Financial Counselor, assisting patients through the financial assistance process and collecting surgery cost estimates. Eric also served as a Patient Account Representative, handling accounts receivables and accurately posting incoming payments.

In 2018, Eric joined Crawford Outdoor as a Sales Representative, where they honed their sales skills. Currently, they are a Director of Client Management at LRS Healthcare, overseeing relationships with healthcare facilities and vendors nationwide. Eric previously served as a Client Manager, Team Lead, leading a team of 23 Client Managers and being recognized as a top-producing manager.

Eric Wong earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Clarkson College from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Pre-Pharmacy Studies & Pre-Nursing Studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2006 to 2009. In addition, they hold a Notary Public certification from the State of Nebraska.
