Kevin Needham has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions. Kevin started their career as a Principal Consultant at Cap Gemini/Sogeti in 1998. Kevin then moved on to work at ConAgra Foods, where they held multiple roles, including Director of IT and Senior Director of Information Technology. During their time at ConAgra Foods, they successfully implemented technologies to align with the company's strategic plans and decrease operating expenses. In 2016, Kevin joined Medical Solutions as the Chief Information Officer and later became the Chief Customer Officer, responsible for marketing and information technology. Kevin also served as the Executive Vice President of Business Transformation & Integration, driving process improvement and technology initiatives. Currently, Kevin is working at LRS Healthcare as the Senior Vice President of Technology.
Kevin Needham received their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1993.
