Teresa Lauver

Teresa Lauver has over two decades of experience in marketing and employee engagement. Teresa currently serves as the VP of Marketing and Employee Engagement at LRS Healthcare, where they oversee all marketing and engagement activities, including digital advertising, website development, social media marketing, and employee communications. Prior to this role, Teresa worked as the Director of Marketing and Employee Engagement at LRS Healthcare, where they led rebranding efforts and managed a team of eight. Teresa has also held positions as the Director of Marketing at C&A Industries, where they directed all marketing activities for the parent company and its subsidiaries, and as the Director of Marketing at DTN Market Access and Adesta Communications, where they managed marketing strategies and teams. Throughout their career, Teresa has demonstrated expertise in integrated marketing, lead generation, employee recognition, and event planning.

Teresa Lauver received a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completing their education from 1987 to 1991.
