M.sc Ir. Aditia Kesuma Negara D Ipm, Asean Eng

Ir. Aditia Kesuma Negara D, M.Sc, IPM, ASEAN Eng has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the transportation industry. Ir. Aditia Kesuma is currently the Director of Operation & Development at LRT Jakarta, where they have successfully started the commercial operation and built a new branding identity for the company. Prior to this role, they served as the General Manager of Operation and Services at LRT Jakarta, where they developed Operations and Services concepts and ensured customer satisfaction.

Before joining LRT Jakarta, Ir. Aditia worked as the PMO Manager at PT Jakarta Propertindo, where they played a key role in controlling and monitoring construction projects for the Jakarta LRT system. Ir. Aditia Kesuma was also responsible for ensuring that all LRVs were ready to operate for the Asian Games in 2018.

Earlier in their career, Ir. Aditia worked as an Engineer at Oriental Consultants and as a Transport Specialist at Nippon Koei Co., Ltd., where they supported various transportation-related projects. Ir. Aditia Kesuma also served as a Co Team Leader at Construction Consultants and Management, and as a Transport Associate at the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy, where they implemented transportation programs and made recommendations to the government. Overall, their work experience reflects their expertise in transportation planning, project management, and operations.

Ir. Aditia Kesuma Negara D, M.Sc, IPM, ASEAN Eng has a diverse education history. Ir. Aditia Kesuma started their education journey in 2004 at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree (ST) in Civil & Environmental Engineering. Ir. Aditia Kesuma completed this program in 2009.

Ir. Aditia Kesuma then continued their education at UGM and enrolled in the Master of Science (M.Sc) program in Transport System & Engineering, which they completed in 2011. During this time, in 2010-2011, they also pursued a Master's degree as a Research Student at Kyushu University, focusing on Urban & Environmental Engineering.

In 2019, Aditia Kesuma Negara obtained their Senior Professional Engineer Registration (Ir) in Civil Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).

Currently, Aditia Kesuma Negara is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Universitas Padjadjaran, starting in 2021.
