Aušra Pranckaitytė

Aušra Pranckaitytė is an experienced change management and internal audit professional, currently serving as Chairperson of the Board at Telecentras and as a C-level Change Manager at Pranckaityte Change Management since November 2011. Aušra has a diverse background that includes leadership roles in audit committees and internal audit functions at various prominent organizations such as LITGRID UAB, Trakcja-Tiltra S.A., LEO LT, and the SBA Group. This professional expertise is complemented by a solid academic foundation, including a Master’s degree in Finance from Vilnius University and certification from the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance. Aušra has consistently focused on enhancing corporate governance, profitability, and strategic growth across multiple industries.
