Simon Graffy

Simon co-founded LRTT as a Teach First science teacher. Initially, the goal was to expand opportunities for teachers in Rural Uganda who were part of programmes run by Volunteer Uganda, an organisation he set up with Tom and others in 2008.

During LRTT’s early years Simon also worked in tech startups and led large programmes using mobile technology to connect adolescent girl to health services at Girl Effect.

Simon is a Teach For All Social Innovation Fellow, a Global Social Benefit Alumnus, has a Masters in Educational Leadership and is a World Bank Teach Master trainer.
