Sachin Jain

Sachin H. Jain, MD, MBA is President and CEO of SCAN Group and SCAN Health Plan, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit Medicare Advantage plans, serving more than 270,000 members across California, Nevada and Arizona. Previously, Dr. Jain was President and CEO of CareMore and Aspire Health. He also served as global Chief Medical Information & Innovation Officer at Merck & Co., worked in the Obama Administration as Senior Advisor to Donald Berwick when he led the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and was the first deputy director for policy and programs at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). Dr. Jain is an adjunct professor at the Stanford University School of Medicine, has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles, and is a regular contributor to Forbes. He is a member of the boards of Cardiovascular Systems Inc., Biofourmis and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
