David Marshall

Mr. Marshall joined LS Power in 2011 and serves as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining LS Power, Mr. Marshall was an attorney in private practice providing legal counsel to developers, private equity sponsors and financial institutions in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of energy projects. Mr. Marshall began his career at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. Mr. Marshall received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Law Review.
