Sam Sarsalari has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Sam started their career in 1983 as an Industrial Engineer at TRT, Inc. before becoming a Manufacturing Manager from 1984 to 1989. Sam then joined Modine Manufacturing Company, where they held various positions including Quality & Production Control Manager, Plant Superintendent, Continuous Improvement/Lean Manager, and finally Plant Manager from 1989 to 2007. In 2008, Sam became the Director of Operations at ASL Holdings, Inc. before transitioning to the role of Director of Operations, Northeast/Canada Region at Pregis in 2011. Sam was responsible for leading and managing regional plastics manufacturing and distribution operations. In 2016, Sam joined LSI Industries Inc. as the Plant Manager and later became the Vice President of Operations in 2018.

Sam Sarsalari obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Rhode Island in 1982. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, completing it in 1984.
