Steven Maines has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Steven worked at LSI Industries Inc. as the Director Global Sourcing, where they provided and executed the global sourcing strategy of LSI Industrial raw materials. Prior to that, they served as the Global Sourcing Manager - Metals at the same company.

Before joining LSI Industries Inc., Steven worked at Hamilton Stands for a significant portion of their career. Steven held the role of Operations Director, where they oversaw all facets of operations, engineering, R&D, global outsourcing, production output, QA, supply chain/distribution, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Steven also successfully directed the transition to total international manufacturing processes and managed product development, output, distribution, and quality control overseas. Additionally, they served as the President + Chief Operating Officer of Hamilton Stands Incorporated, where they built corporate value, formulated strategic direction, and developed new product initiatives.

Steven's earliest work experience was as a Sales Representative at Papel Freelance, Inc., where they serviced existing accounts, obtained orders, and established new accounts by planning and organizing their daily work schedule.
