Kat is currently working as a Regional Vice President at LSI (Lending Solutions, Inc.), where they are responsible for providing scalable solutions to increase member loyalty and market share. Prior to this, Kat worked as a Regional Sales Manager at LSI, where they connected with people and discussed their needs to provide suitable options. Before joining LSI, they worked as a Director of Business Development - Aviation at FSSolutions, where they delivered solutions for employment compliance and addiction medicine. Kat became well-versed in DOT/FAA compliance space and provided pre-employment hiring and ongoing testing solutions to aviation clients. Previously, Kat worked at Wings Financial Credit Union as a Business Development Manager - Western Region. Here, they spearheaded key account development programs and cultivated strong customer relationships in the aviation and metro community industries. Kat was involved in proposal development, sales planning, and benefit-oriented presentations.
Kat Molik attended Central Washington University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. In August 2016, they also obtained the certification of CUNA - Business Development Professional - CUBDP, but the institution that granted the certification is unknown.
