Monica Mendoza

Monica Mendoza has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Monica started their career in 2000 at RCN as an Escalation Case Manager, where they handled inbound and outbound calls and resolved customer issues that had escalated to the CEO level.

Following that, they worked at Walmart as a Photographer/Assistant Supervisor from 2001 to 2004, where they captured portraits, supervised cash flow, and managed equipment.

From 2004 to 2012, Monica worked at PNC Financial Services as a Financial Services Consultant, assisting customers with various financial products and mortgage options.

In 2013, they joined US Bank as a Personal Banker II, providing financial advice and assistance to customers, handling deposits and withdrawals, and targeting one-call resolution.
