Hugo Puertas de Araújo is an Associate Professor at the Universidade Federal do ABC's Center for Mathematics, Computation, and Cognition since July 2022. In addition, Hugo has served as the Applications Engineering Manager at Design House LSI-TEC since June 2006, overseeing technical coordination of projects and managing customer and supplier relations. Hugo is also the owner of Cartago Microelectronics, which specializes in systems design and project management since October 2011. Prior to current roles, Hugo was a professor at CUFSA from May 2019 to June 2022. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MSc in Microelectronics from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, alongside an Electrical Engineering degree from the same institution and an Electroelectronics Technician diploma.
