Kelly Telford, CPA, is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as a Partner at LSL (Lance, Soll & Lunghard, LLP) since January 2022, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager. With a robust background in public sector finance, Kelly has worked as the Director of Finance/Treasurer for both the City of Seal Beach and the City of Costa Mesa, overseeing comprehensive financial operations and policy improvements amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
