Henk Besier

Henk Besier has extensive experience in oversight and inspection roles within the infrastructure and engineering sectors, primarily focusing on pipeline and utility projects. Currently serving as Head Supervisor/Inspector for LSNed Leidingenstraat Nederland since 2007, Henk is responsible for managing the underground pipeline corridor between key ports. Previous roles include Head Supervisor for pipeline and high voltage projects at WSP in Nederland, overseeing the construction of high-pressure transport pipelines at Lievense Adviseurs Ingenieurs, and managing various projects for Havenbedrijf Amsterdam and Waterschap Brabantse Delta. Earlier experience at ProRail involved supervising the relocation of cables and pipelines as well as managing construction damage and insulation projects. Henk holds a degree in Road and Water Construction from MTS Breda, completed in 1979.
