Naomi Moreno has a long and varied work experience. Naomi began their career in 2004 as an Endo Tech at Southwest Endoscopy Center, where they assisted physicians in medical procedures and clinical visits with patients, maintained patient records, and scheduled patient visits and procedures. Later that same year, they became a Logistics Manager at Old Navy. In 2008, they moved to The Children's Place, where they served as District Trainer/Store Manager/DMIT. In this role, they recruited, trained, and developed a team of up to 75 employees, resulting in 15 internal promotions from associates into management roles. Naomi also served as District training manager for all levels of management, created an energetic and positive atmosphere for team members and customers, and maintained a focus on KPI's to exceed company goals and LY for sales. In 2014, Naomi began working as Senior Buyer and Manager at Adam Smith's Texas Harley-Davidson. In 2016, they moved to Pier 1 Imports, where they served as Store Manager. In 2019, they began working at Starbucks as a General Store Manager, where they were responsible for hiring/recruiting, scheduling, payroll, partner development, playbuilding, and creating an overall awesome environment for partners and customers. Most recently, in 2021, Naomi began working as an East Coast - Sales Support Coordinator at LSP Products Group.

Naomi Moreno began their educational journey in 1999 when they attended Gateway Technical College to study Business. Naomi then went on to earn a Certified Nurses Assistant degree from Remington College-Dallas Campus in 2004.
