Itzik Polad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and business intelligence. Currently serving as Chief Data Officer and VP of Data at LSports since March 2023, Itzik Polad focuses on leveraging advanced sports technology to provide real-time data solutions. Additionally, participation as a member at Ximus and a board member and investor at 374Water highlights a commitment to sustainability and innovation in cleantech. Previously, Itzik Polad held the position of VP, BI & Business Applications at Papaya Global, transforming global payroll and workforce management, and served in various leadership roles at HP, including BI and Data Analytics Department Manager, overseeing a team while providing comprehensive BI solutions across multiple departments. Itzik Polad holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, IT, and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
