Helen Clare Taylor

Helen Clare Taylor is currently serving as the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at LSU Shreveport since July 2017. Previously, Helen Clare held the position of Interim Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. With over three decades of experience at LSU Shreveport, Helen is also a Professor of English. Helen Clare holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Arts in English from Clark University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Durham University. Helen completed their schooling at Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School.
