Brian Will

Brian Will is an experienced instructor at Louisiana State University since January 2003, specializing in delivering Department of Homeland Security courses on emergency response to chemical and biological incidents through the National Center for Biomedical Research and Training. Prior roles include serving as Emergency Response Advisor for Chevron from December 2011 to June 2019 on the Chuandongbei Sour Gas Project in China, and Hazardous Materials Manager for Florida Task Force 4 from June 2003 to December 2011, overseeing hazmat operations during national emergencies. Brian also held the position of Special Operations Coordinator at the Orlando Fire Department for over two decades, managing the Arson/Bomb Division. Early career experience includes a supervisory role in decontamination at Apex Environmental and firefighting duties at the Winter Springs Fire Department. Brian holds a BA in Organizational Management from Warner University and an AS in Emergency Medical Services from Valencia College.
