Eddie S. currently serves as the Assistant Athletics Director for Training & Leadership Development at Louisiana State University, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive educational framework for over 800 individuals in the athletics department and facilitating training on NCAA-mandated topics. In addition, Eddie S. is the Founder & CEO of Eddie St-Vil Counseling & Consulting, providing mental health counseling and developing customized treatment programs for clients. Previous roles include Associate Director and Program Facilitator at the University of Florida, focusing on student mental health and crisis intervention. With extensive experience in student advocacy, crisis management, and leadership development, Eddie S. has been integral in various initiatives that support student success and well-being across several higher education institutions. Eddie S. holds a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Louisiana State University and a Master's Degree in Higher Education Leadership from Valdosta State University.
