Kayvan Korani has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Computer Technician at Mosbat Information Technologists for a few months. In 2012, they joined Asia Akam Industry as an Electrical Technician, where they remained until 2016. In 2017, they briefly worked as an IT Support Technician at Iranian e-Commerce Development Co. (IeDCo). In 2019, they took on the role of Design & Programming Assistant at Baton Rouge Gallery - center for contemporary art for a short period. Since 2019, they have been associated with Louisiana State University, initially as a Graduate Assistant providing technical support, and later as the Computer & Printer Lab Coordinator. Currently, they are serving as the Interim Director of IT and will soon transition into the role of Senior Director of IT.
Kayvan Korani holds a Master of Science degree in Digital Media Arts & Engineering from Louisiana State University, which they obtained in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology Engineering - Electronics at Shomal University from 2009 to 2012. Kayvan also earned an Associate of Science degree in Applied Computer - Hardware from Shomal University from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they have participated in the Microsoft Xbox Game Studios Game Camp.
