Willy Tiede

Willy Tiede has a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Willy is currently working at STADA Group as the Director of Data Analytics Services & Automation. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Intelligence at STADA Group from July 2021 to December 2022. Previously, Willy worked at Heraeus as the Head of Data & Analytics from January 2019 to June 2021. Willy also has a significant tenure at MHP - A Porsche Company, where they served as the Senior Manager of Data & Technology in 2018, Manager of Business Intelligence from 2016 to 2017, and Consultant of Business Intelligence from 2007 to 2015. Their career began at SAP as a Cooperative Education student in Business Information Technology from September 2004 to September 2007.

Willy Tiede completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker (BA) degree in Business Information Technology from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org, Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E), Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T), and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) from Scrum Alliance in various years.
