Lisa Mahoney

Lisa Mahoney currently serves as the Assistant Director of Campus Sustainability at Louisiana State University, a position held since June 2022, and previously acted as the Campus Sustainability Manager. Prior to this role, Lisa Mahoney was a Utilities Conservation Specialist at Lafayette Utilities System and worked as the Recycling Manager for the City/Parish of Baton Rouge from November 2018 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing various waste reduction projects and reporting waste data to the State of Louisiana. Earlier experience includes serving as Recycling Supervisor for Lafayette Consolidated Government from January 2015 to November 2018. Lisa Mahoney holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental and Sustainable Resources obtained from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2005 to 2007.
