Lyndsey Eckenrode

Lyndsey Eckenrode, MS, RD, LD, ISAK-1, currently serves as the Associate Director of Performance Nutrition at Louisiana State University since January 2023. Previously, Eckenrode held the position of Assistant Director of Sports Nutrition for Olympic Sports at West Virginia University and completed a Graduate Performance Nutrition Internship at Ohio State Performance Nutrition, where responsibilities included managing performance nutrition for the women's basketball team and counseling athletes. Eckenrode's extensive experience spans roles at the University of Mississippi as Sports Nutrition Manager for the baseball team and the UFC Performance Institute as a performance nutrition intern. Eckenrode holds a Master of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics/Nutrition from the University of Mississippi.
