Nikole Blanchard serves as the Director of Innovation and Technology at The Dunham School, where responsibilities include managing a 1 to 1 program for over 730 students and 175 employees, overseeing a help desk, creating Macbook images, and training staff on technology integration. As a member of the ISTE Board and a technology consultant for NB Tech Consulting, Nikole assesses K-12 schools’ technology needs and develops recommendations for growth. Additionally, Nikole is an adjunct professor at Louisiana State University, teaching a virtual course on classroom technology. Nikole's teaching experience includes roles as a 4th-grade instructor and an elementary school teacher, during which several grants for technology integration were awarded. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Educational Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, both from Louisiana State University.
