Richard Ganske

Richard Ganske is the Chief of the Strategic Competition Division at HQ Pacific Air Forces since June 2023 and has been a PhD candidate at Louisiana State University since June 2015. Ganske serves as an editor for The Strategy Bridge, focusing on policy, strategy, national security, and military affairs, and has held several leadership roles in military operations, including Division Chief in the Strategy Division at the 607th Air Operations Center from July 2021 to July 2023, and Branch Chief of the Contingency Plans Division at U.S. Strategic Command from July 2019 to July 2021. Ganske's educational background includes a Master of Philosophy in Military Strategy from the U.S. Air Force School of Advanced Air and Space Studies, and a Master of Arts in International Relations from American Military University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
