Will Beavers

Will Beavers is an Assistant Professor of Infectious Diseases and Director of the LSU SVM Mass Spectrometry Resource Center at Louisiana State University, a position held since 2021. Previously, Will Beavers served as a Research Fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from 2015 to 2021, and as a Graduate Student at Vanderbilt University from 2010 to 2015, where a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry was earned. Earlier research experience includes working as a Research Technician at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from 2003 to 2010. Will Beavers holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemistry from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Old Dominion University.
