Earlier roles include Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at L'Oréal, where key contributions included gross margin analysis and the transition of the Saloncentric supply chain finance team. With foundational experience as a Financial Analyst at Christian Dior Couture and a background in cost analysis at Mosefund Farm, RJ possesses a strong educational background with a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Clemson University.
