Koray Kemaloglu

Koray Kemaloglu is a Project Controls Manager and Registered Civil Engineer with 14 years of experience in construction project management. Currently, they are the founder of Vision Project Management and serve as a Senior Consultant and Project Controls Manager at L&T Construction, where they develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules and perform Earned Value calculations. Previously, Koray worked with Gulermak Heavy Industries and Bechtel Corporation, managing large-scale projects and overseeing project controls teams. They hold a degree in Civil Engineering from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi.
