Manoj Deopurkar

Manoj Deopurkar is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in enterprise sales and talent management. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Business at L&T EduTech, Manoj focuses on delivering skill-based talent management programs that leverage over 80 years of L&T's institutional knowledge. Prior to this role, Manoj was the Regional Vice President at Skillsoft, where notable achievements included driving year-on-year growth and enhancing talent management solutions for large enterprises. Manoj's career also includes various leadership roles at organizations such as Samsung Electronics, Educomp Solutions Ltd, and The Adecco Group, where a consistent theme of revenue growth and client acquisition can be observed. Manoj holds an MBA in Marketing from Sinhgad Institute Of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from North Maharashtra University.
