Abhishek Sharma

Abhishek Sharma has over 14 years of experience in the finance sector, currently serving as Chief Executive of SME Finance and Chief Digital Officer at L&T Finance, where responsibilities include strategy, transformation, and product development. Previous roles include Group Head of Strategy, Group Transformation Officer, Zonal Head for the West region, and Zonal Sales Manager for the South region, focusing on sales team management and achieving volume targets. Prior to L&T Finance, Abhishek served as a Captain in the Indian Army, specializing in counter-insurgency operations. Abhishek holds a PGDBM in Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur and a degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Delhi University.
