Dhananjaya K possesses extensive experience in the human resources field, currently serving as the Zonal Head - Business HR at L&T Finance since November 2022, focusing on Urban Finance & Retail. Prior to this role, Dhananjaya held the position of Vice President & Zonal Head - Human Resources at Jana Small Finance Bank from May 2010 to November 2022. Dhananjaya's career also includes a role as Lead - Recruitment Solutions at Esika Infotech Private Limited from November 2007 to May 2010 and as a Member Program at Azim Premji Foundation from June 2003 to November 2007.
