Andrew Cops has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on marketing and product development. Andrew currently holds the position of SVP Sales, Marketing & Product Development at LT Foods Americas. Prior to this, they served as SVP Marketing & Product Development and VP of Marketing at the same company. Before joining LT Foods Americas, Andrew worked at Mars as the Vice President of Marketing for their Food U.S. division. Andrew also held the roles of Global Brand Director for UNCLE BEN'S® and Senior Brand Manager for UNCLE BEN'S® U.S. at Mars. Prior to Mars, they worked at Ventura Foods as a Senior Brand Manager for Dressings & Oils and as a Brand Manager for MARIE'S® Salad Dressing. Andrew began their career at Del Monte Foods, Inc. as an Associate Brand Manager for DEL MONTE® Vegetables.

Andrew Cops attended Duke University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at the USC Marshall School of Business, where they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance.
