Dipak Das

Dipak Das is an experienced professional in civil engineering and project management with a focus on geotechnical and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as an International Contract Management Specialist (ICMS) at the Departments of Works & Highways since June 2023, Dipak Das previously held the position of Resident Project Manager at L&T Infrastructure Engineering Limited, overseeing road and drainage projects. With a strong background in geotechnical engineering, Dipak Das has contributed to major projects at Gayatri Projects Limited and Sheladia Associates Inc., among others. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering from Assam Engineering College and a postgraduate diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from The International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
