Latha Narayanan

Latha Narayanan currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at L&T Semiconductor Technologies, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Latha held the role of Head of Human Resources at Larsen & Toubro (Smart World & Communication) from April 2019 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Global Compensation and Benefits at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from June 2007 to April 2019 and as a Resource Partner for the SAP business unit at Siemens Information Systems Ltd in 2006-2007. Latha began a career in executive search from 1996 to 2005, focusing on account management and strategic recruitment. Educational qualifications include a Management Development Program in Business Process Excellence from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a PG Diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Grad CWA from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, a diploma in Financial Accounting, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Madras.
