Claire Webb

Claire Webb currently serves as the Events Development Manager at LTA, providing maternity cover since November 2023. With a strong background in strategic initiatives, Claire worked at OutScout from September 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing strategy, planning, and sales processes for a startup focused on talent matching in technology hiring. Prior to this, Claire spent nine years at the Lawn Tennis Association in various roles, including Program Manager for Women and Girls and Strategic Project Manager, contributing to initiatives aimed at increasing participation. Claire's career began at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, where roles spanned from Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to various marketing positions. Claire holds an MSc in Marketing Management and a BSc in Sport Exercise Science, both from Loughborough University.
