Emma Birchall currently serves as the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Ericsson, a position held since June 2021. Additionally, Emma holds multiple advisory and trustee roles, including Board Trustee for Help for Heroes, Member of The Board of Advisors for LTA, and Member of the Board of Trustees for Akram Khan Company. Emma has also contributed as Chair of the Board of Advisors for the London Neurodiversity SEND Employer Network and served on the LifeSkills Advisory Council at Barclays. Emma's previous experience includes leadership positions at HSM Advisory, where responsibilities encompassed managing change programs and strategic growth, and consulting roles at Accenture and Transport for London. Emma's educational background includes a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge and dual Bachelor of Science degrees from King's College London and the University of Toronto.
