Kiran Matharu is an experienced professional in the sports and community development sector, currently serving as EDI Programme Manager for Underserved Communities and National Community Tennis Manager at LTA since January 2019. Previously, Kiran worked as a National Programme Coordinator at the Tennis Foundation and managed youth development at Foxes FC, where a holistic approach was emphasized for young players. Kiran's career began at Brunel University London, leading a team to support over 2,000 students and managing payroll for contracted staff. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Roehampton, a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification from the Chartered Management Institute, and ongoing Leadership & Management Diploma studies at Corndel.
