Kristen Krzyzewski is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Strategy & Program Development Officer at LTC ACO since June 2015, where Kristen developed the first Medicare Shared Savings Program targeting beneficiaries in long-term care facilities and advocates for ACOs supporting high-needs populations. As the Founder of Tremblant Consultants, Kristen provides strategic consulting to healthcare organizations, specializing in ACO development, Dual Eligible opportunities, Medicare Advantage, and managed care solutions. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at ValueOptions and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Bravo Health, where Kristen began with ElderHealth before its rebranding and acquisition. Kristen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University, alongside a foundational education at Union Endicott High School.
