Heather Rathbone

Heather Ludwig-Rathbone has a diverse background in customer service, data entry, and production work. With experience in the insurance industry, Heather has worked in various roles such as Support Specialist, Team Lead Policy Issue, Issue Technician, and Customer Service Representative. Additionally, Heather has also worked in retail sales at Bath and Body Works and in manufacturing at Intermatic. Heather holds a Certificate in Medical Coding and an Associates Degree in Accounting from Gateway Technical College, as well as attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
