Lili Tarachand is the Founder and CEO of LTD Global, LLC, a professional services firm established in September 2003, specializing in accounting services, consulting, staff augmentation, and training. The company holds certifications such as WBENC, SLEB, SBA 8(a), CA SBE, WOSB, and EDWOSB. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager and Budget Analyst at Motiva, where recruitment efforts led to significant company growth, and as Finance Manager at Unilever, where Lili progressed through various roles in financial accounting, management accounting, supply chain, and treasury operations. Lili holds a degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.
