Päivi Tyni

Päivi Tyni is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager and HR Development Manager at Lassila & Tikanoja since December 2014. In these roles, Päivi is responsible for developing and implementing work ability and wellbeing management strategies aligned with the Group's vision, while also innovating HR processes. Previously, Päivi worked at Suomen Terveystalo Oy as an Account Manager, managing major customers and developing occupational health services. Prior experience includes roles as an Occupational Health Nurse at several organizations from 1998 to 2009. Päivi holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Science from the University of Turku and is a Certified Business Coach, with ongoing studies in Psychology and Labour Science at the University of Oulu.
